Call for Papers

Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts must report original work that has not been previously published or presented at other conferences.
  • All submitted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
  • Full articles will undergo a rigorous peer-review process and may be selected for publication in the conference proceedings.
  • Presenters are required to register for on-site attendance; online participation is not available.

All scientific Abstracts/Full Articles related to the following topics are welcome:

Data Science / Digital Health / Health Sciences / Public Health
Translational Medicine / Basic Science / Innovation

Abstract Format

01

Title

Brief and clearly indicating the content of the paper. Abbreviations are not permitted.

Authors

List authors' names and their institutional affiliations. The presenter must be the submitting author.

Body

Must be between 250 - 300 words. Follow this structure without line breaks:

  • Backgrounds: Context and purpose.
  • Objective: Research question or aim.
  • Materials and Methods: Sufficient detail for evaluation.
  • Results: Findings supporting conclusions.
  • Conclusion: Main findings and implications.

Keywords

Provide 3-6 keywords relevant to your research.

Formatting

  • Indent each paragraph with a tab space before starting the text.
  • Avoid underlining, bolding, or capitalization for emphasis.
  • Do not include tables, graphs, or figures.

AI Usage Policy

To establish guidelines for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the preparation of abstracts and conference proceedings, ensuring adherence to academic integrity and maintaining originality of authorship.

Permitted Use

AI tools are permitted only for language-related improvements, including:

  • Grammar checking
  • Spelling correction
  • Sentence structure refinement

Prohibited Use

  • Generating or writing content
  • Drafting abstracts or proceedings
  • Summarizing research findings
  • Interpreting data or discussions
  • Generating references or citations
  • Fully automated translation without author verification

Author Responsibilities

  • Authors must create all content independently.
  • Authors are responsible for verifying all content, even after AI-assisted language checking.
  • Authors must ensure the accuracy, reliability, and originality of their work.

Disclosure

  • If AI is used for language checking, it should be disclosed in the acknowledgement section (if required).
  • The disclosure must clearly state that AI was used for language checking only.

Compliance & Violations

  • The organization reserves the right to review AI usage in submitted works.
  • Any violation of this policy will be considered a breach of academic ethics.

Enforcement

This policy applies to all submissions from the date of official announcement.
